COMMISSIONED FINANCIAL ADVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Focus:
This role is individually accountable for providing finance advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.

DESCRIPTION:
Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
Work in specific allocated markets.
Work with a specific range of products.
Receives a production allowance & commission.

Financial Advice:
Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
Works in specific allocated markets.
Works with a specific range of products.
Sales/Productivity:
Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
Engages in prospecting and conversion to sales.

Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
Minimum of B.Sc/HND.

Age:
Interested candidates should be between 26 and 35 years old.
