BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

JOB DESCRPTION

Source for landed projects and other viable business ventures for the company in line with the company business policies.
Manage relationship with project and business partner for the company
Generate business plans and market feasibility reports that will help enhance the company’s business as well as secure business opportunities for the company.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of Bsc/HND Holder in any discipline
Must have worked in real estate firm as a Business Development for a minimum of 2 years.
Must have an existing relationship with Land Owners

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

JOB OBJECTIVE: To procure materials and supply for use on Project Site

EXPERIENCE:
Vast Knowledge in real estate
Has a structured pre-existing relationship with suppliers for construction materials
Must have work in real estate for a minimum of 3 years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
Must work with project engineers on their request of supplies.
Manage and prepare LPOs and payment for suppliers.
Negotiate prices on behalf of the company with the suppliers.
Forecast upcoming demand for projects.
