Help with timely event set-up and organization
Ensure that documents are properly filed, handled and documented
Ensure that items in the store are properly kept, disbursed and adequately accounted for.
Check inventory records for accuracy
Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
Update database of digital records
Create and add material to hard copy files as needed for record keeping
Ensure timely payment for vendors
Follow up with getting quotes from vendors
