HEAD NURSE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview
Must understand and effect clinical governance
Responsible for organizing, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organizational goals are met.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferably female 40yrs - 52yrs
Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife
Minimum of 10 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic and progressive medical organization
Leadership capabilities in developing others and strong executive presence.

Salary
Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months.
