Create purchase orders
Processing of invoices and record keeping
Maintain Inventory
Procurement administration duties
Making travelling arrangements
Any other ad-hoc duties

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Accounting knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
knowledge of Procurement processes
