AGRICULTURAL/OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the daily operations of commercial agricultural operations and food manufacturing factory
Oversee every step of the crop production which includes: planting, harvesting and fertilizing.
Planning the development of crops to maximize profit and minimize loss, creating budgets, hiring and overseeing production workers, supervising all factory and farm maintenance, representing the site in sales transactions and maintaining business records.
