PERSONAL ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing support and assistance regarding the daily task of the Principal screening of visitors with the highest level of friendliness and professionalism.
Storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
Attending to incoming/outgoing e-mails and documents.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
Scheduling meetings and appointments with the Principal.
Handle the tasks of scanning and indexing documents and manuals into the Electronic filing systems.
Handle records of all contracts, distributions and transmitals.
Responsible for the originating and maintenance of the MDR (Master Deliverable Register) in relation to the Principal’s.

WIRELINE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Technician with 10 years experience of drilling and completion.
Good knowledge of oil-well equipment is required as well as a good ability to communicate and co-ordinate jobs involving different departments and companies.
Personnel may be required to go to the rig for supervision if need be.
Maintain good co-ordination/interface with FO, for the optimisation of Wireline and Well Servicing operations
Plan, coordinate and supervise onshore and offshore Wireline and Well Servicing logistics with site Techlog.
Prepare JRA with FO prior to operation’s commencement.
Ensure service companies comply with all Company rules
Promote the protection of environment and the Safety of persons.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering plus.
Minimum of with 8 years experience in Wireline operations. Good knowledge of equipment is required to be able to supervise and co ordinate effectively.
Good oral, written presentation and communication skill in English language.
Have a PC literate with word processing and spread sheet applications in a Window environment.
International Well Control (IWCF) Certificate.
SAS HUET certificate
Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)
Excellent knowledge of Wireline tools (Halliburton, Baker, etc).

MATERIAL SUPERVISOR

Job Type: Contracts

DESCRIPTION
Ensures that all drilling and completion equipment sent to the rigs or contractors’ base from Onne base is shipped as per Total Lifting and Safety standards.
Maintains QAQC on all equipment before use or load-out
Is in charge of organising the oil equipment storage and handling with the agreement of the head of logistics, material officers and store- keepers for optimised efficiency and control for in/out movement of materials
Performs all entries in Unisup in relation to Offshore Marine Logistics Management and procedures.
Follows up Material Management in close co-operation with stock buyers and warehouse personnel.
Ensures that appropriate equipment is effectively shipped as per superintendents’ instructions, company’s HSE policies, cargo manifest and International standards. Proper packaging of material to rig site is essential
Liaise with contractors to ensure they are effectively organising collection of their equipment, in particular to avoid rental equipment to standby on the quay side for several days.

XMAS TREE INTERVENTION SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
Guarantee the safe execution of agreed X-Mas Tree intervention programmed activities on time at the well site, in compliance with codes of practices, all while optimizing and improving costs and lead times.
Prepare and follow up X-mas tree spare parts Inventory
Implement controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of the well and X-Mas Tree, economic interests and reputation of EPNL assets, in respect of X-Mas Tree intervention.
Has a well site responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of X-Mas Tree intervention operations
Lead and supervise specialized X-Mas Tree intervention team in the execution of on site X-Mas Tree intervention activities to deliver maximum value whilst maintaining HSE standards.
Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) to develop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
Organize X-Mas Tree intervention activities, in accordance with the planning and under the control of his superintendent.
Organize site logistics related with service equipment
Prepare and follow up X-mas tree spare parts Inventory
Provide exemplary HS&E Leadership in support of all X-Mas Tree and wire line intervention activities under area of responsibility. Supervise QHSE audits at well site and contractor’s support bases in collaboration with Drilling and Completion Operations Safety Leader (OSL).

Planning & implementing review of QMS project as per ISO 9001 & statutory requirement
Define required QA/QC resources needed during project phases & manage QA/QC service contract
Reporting/monitoring inspection data
Participate in the review of HAZOP reports
Carry out appraisal of contractor quality systems
Establish criteria for evaluating & selecting suppliers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
10 years experience in quality management
Engineering Degree with ISO 9001 training
Knowledge of RBI methodology.
