Career Prime is a talent management company with a sole purpose of imparting young people by helping them sharpen their vision of career choices. We desire to give youths the opportunity to see how far technological innovations have gone over the last few years, whilst we revisit the culture of excursions; purposeful excursions which is a fine blend of learning and fun.

Career Prime began as a counselling outfit in 2007. As a team of university students pursuing career fulfillment for the fresh students at the time, we came against a huge road block when students in their numbers needed help with managing some courses. We realised sadly, that some students do not really have what it takes to study certain courses. Some of these things are hard to explain, but they sure are real.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITATORS/TRAINERS

DESCRIPTION OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES:
Be a key trainer for the delivery of Furniture Training Programmes
Have a strong working knowledge of Furniture Training Option
Be an effective and motivational communicator
Training is to be “high impact”, engaging and appropriate for the target audience
Have an ability to draw on previous experience to assist candidates with “real life” situations and to illustrate a point that is being trained
Candidate must have the specific training and experience to be a facilitator
Have a high level of time management skills and attention to detail

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in specific Training Subject
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a trainer

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of First Degree in any field
