Education and Work Experience

• B.Eng / HND in Electrical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience in a largescale modern cement plant.

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Able to provide oversight and coordination of a team of engineers and technicians in the performance of plant maintenance activities including spares management and maintenance planning
• Able to provide advanced technical expertise and support on complex maintenance and repair issues including the maintenance of complex hydraulic systems
• Supervisory, Analytical & Problem Solving, Coaching and mentoring skills

Education and Work Experience

• B.Eng. / HND in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience in a largescale modern cement plant.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Provide ongoing mechanical engineering support on maintenance, repair and service of mechanical equipment
• Knowledgeable in Engineering Drawing, Machine design, Metal workshop practice and good sound of lubricants, bearings & their point of applications.
• Skilled in Crushers & Mixed Storage, Lubricants application & maintenance of stacker, fitting, Hydraulic system maintenance.

Education and Work Experience

• B.Eng. / HND in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Able to assist with the monitoring of plant process lines and participate in troubleshooting to ensure plant operations are effectively executed and production targets are achieved.
• Indepth knowledge of cement technology and cement chemistry relevant to cement manufacturing.
• Skilled in efficient Process Control and RCA problem solving tools

Education and Work Experience

• B.Eng. / HND in Chemical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience
• Technical Coaching skills.

Job Title: CCR Operator
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Skilled in operation and control of fully automated Vertical Roller Mill (VRM), 5stage precalciner kiln from the Central Control Room
• Able to operate raw mills, kiln and cement mills to ensure production target are met including cement quality standards.
• Previous experience in Siemens Supervisory system would be an added advantage.

Education and Work Experience

• B.Eng. / HND in Chemical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience.

Job Title: Q.A / Coordinator & Chemist Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Skilled in the operations of the QCX/Robo Lab and able to use QCX/Robo Lab software including troubleshooting
• Able to work with the QCX blend expert software to optimize quality performance and minimize error
• Skilled in the operations of Quality Assurance processes in the physical lab / Robo Lab & Chemical Lab.

Education and Work Experience

• HND / B.Eng. / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering
• 10 years minimum work experience in a largescale modern cement plant.
