FACILITIES ASSISTANT

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE
Survey all locations and store, repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
OND in Electrical Engineering & Trade test certification or Technical school certificate
Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
OND or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be an added advantage
Exhibits good planning and organization skills
Very good verbal & written communications skills
High level of Integrity

DISPATCH RIDER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Drive the Company’s motor cycle in a safe, legal and professional way
Deliver products and mails to assigned destinations.
Picking and delivering products to specified destinations
Maintain assigned motorcycle in clean, polished flawless operating condition
Prepare and maintain records related to motorcycle operations and condition
Report  trips made daily
Report faults observed on motorcycle Ensure that a valid rider’s license is held at all times and is available for inspection when requested
Alert Admin promptly of any faults developed by the motorcycle
Ensure that a clean company uniform is correctly worn at all times when on duty

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Ordinary Level Certificate/ Secondary School Certificate
A valid Rider’s Permit
Minimum of 2 years professional riding experience
Ability to effectively use and maintain motorbikes
Ability to pay attention to detail and safety
Good knowledge of road network
Ability to read and write
Good customer service orientation
Residents of  Old GRA, Nmamdi Azikwe Rd, Mile 1, GRA Phase 2, and its environs

BEAUTY ADVISOR

KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE:
Report to the Casabella Business Manager
Ensure the provision of excellent customer service
Ensure branch is properly equipped and maintained to provide the highest standards of business efficiency and Operational Excellence
Provide advice on beauty & grooming solutions to customers: skincare, cosmetics, hair care, shaving etc.
Handle Point-of-Sale (POS)
Ensure adequate inventory of allocated section
Ensure general housekeeping of allocated section

A Good Degree
Excellent People Skills
Passionate about good grooming, beauty and make-up
Make-up and Head Gear Tying skills are an advantage
Willingness to learn
Enthusiastic

Good customer service skills
