The company is a newly constructed aquaculture production company that is focused primarily on the production of Catfish and Tilapia production. The farm comprise of a hatchery and an on-growing section using intensive re-circulatory aquaculture system - RAS. Plans are also in place to expand into feed production. Once fully operational, the fish farm will be the largest aquaculture farm in West Africa with a production capacity of 10,000 MTS annually. We are currently looking to fill the following positions

HATCHERY DEPARTMENT

HATCHERY TECHNICIANS
Feeding and feed management
Water quality management
Husbandry management
Biosecurity management
Breeding
Diploma holder/B.Sc. Agriculture, Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or related engendering degree
At least 2 year experience hands on experience in any fish farm is required
Must be analytical

ASSISTANT HATCHERY TECHNICIANS
Assisting the technician in breeding, feeding,
Water quality management and husbandry.
Diploma holder/B.Sc. Agriculture, Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or related engendering degree
Experience may not be necessary but an exposure to any work experience in a fish farm would be an added advantage.

HATCHERY ASSISTANTS     
General Hatchery housekeeping.                                                         
Good communication skills and hardworking.
Minimum qualification is Secondary School certificate

ON-GROW DEPARTMENT

ASSISTANCE ON-GROW MANAGER 
Feeding and feed management
Water quality management
Data management
Human resources management
Planning of work           
Diploma holder/B.Sc. Agriculture, Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or related engendering degree
At least 3 year experience hands on experience in any fish farm is required.
Experience managing people would be in advantage but not necessary.

ON-GROW TECHNICIANS
Feeding and feed management
Water quality management
Data management

ASSISTANT ON-GROW TECHNICIANS

ON-GROW FEEDING TEAM
Feeding fish
Weighing of feed
Collecting and recording of feed from main stores.

HARVEST SUPERVISOR
Stocking of juveniles
Stocking of production tanks
Harvesting of juveniles
Harvesting big tanks for sells
Feed offloading from trucks.
Housekeeping of on-grow area.
Data management       
Higher National Diploma holder/B.Sc. Agriculture, Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or related engendering degree
At least 1 year experience hands on experience in any fish farm is required
Hard working and a team player.

Assistant Harvest Supervisor
Stocking of juveniles
Stocking of production tanks
Harvesting of juveniles
Harvesting big tanks for sells

Ordinary National Diploma holder in Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or related engendering degree

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

MAINTENANCE OFFICER   
General Maintenance of farm equipment and machinery
Plumbing
Attending to farm electricals issues
Civil works in and around the farm       
Technical degree such as Mechanical and Electrical engineering is required
People management skills.
Observational skill
Technical skills.

ELECTRICIAN
Attending to farm electricals matter
Good communication skills and hard working
Minimum qualification is Secondary School certificate

PLUMBER
Attending to plumbing matters in the farm.
Good communication skills and hard working
Minimum qualification is Secondary School certificate

Farm Assistants
Assisting artisans in day-to-day maintenance works.
Good communication skills and hard working
Minimum qualification is Secondary School certificate
